As a Receptionist, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, providing a warm, friendly and professional welcome from arrival through to departure. Your key duties will include guest check-ins and check-outs, handling enquiries and payments, managing guest requests and providing helpful information throughout their stay. You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure every guest receives a smooth, personalised and memorable experience. You’ll also respond to guest enquiries and handle any guest concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. You’ll be friendly, confident and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a positive can-do attitude. You’ll be organised, attentive to detail and able to remain calm and professional in a busy Front Office environment. Previous experience in a Front Office, Reception or customer-facing role is preferred, along with a good command of English and a professional appearance.
