Crimson Hotels Group is hiring a Kitchen Porter at DoubleTree by Hilton London – Victoria to support the kitchen team and ensure smooth operation behind the scenes.

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen team, helping everything run smoothly behind the scenes. Your day will involve keeping a steady supply of clean dishes, pots and glassware ready for our chefs and service teams, while making sure everything is organised and stored correctly. You’ll take pride in keeping the kitchen clean, tidy and safe, following our high standards of hygiene, sanitation and safety throughout your shift. It’s a hands-on role where your hard work helps the whole kitchen team deliver a great experience for our guests.
You’ll bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to get stuck in. You’ll be organised, reliable and comfortable working as part of a busy kitchen team, with a keen eye for cleanliness and attention to detail. Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is helpful, but most importantly, you’ll be someone who takes pride in their work, follows hygiene and safety standards, and is always ready to support the team.
