Job summary

Ivy Restaurants Ltd invites a personable Receptionist to join our iconic venue, delivering a warm, professional welcome to guests and guiding them through our offerings. You will be a friendly first point of contact, ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

You will relay allergen concerns quickly to the kitchen, assist with information, and support the team in maintaining high standards of guest service. The role offers an hourly rate with Tronc and a minimum 20 hours contract.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills and confident communication with guests and team.
• Warm, professional, and guest-focused approach to hospitality.
• Ability to relay allergen information accurately to the kitchen team.

Responsibilities

Key elements of your role as Receptionist

will include ensuring our guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave. You will be able to offer information to our guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer. You’ll relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
