Job summary

The Ivy Asia in Cardiff is seeking a warm, professional Receptionist to welcome guests and support the front-of-house team. You will provide information about the restaurant, take reservations, and relay allergen concerns to the kitchen with speed and accuracy.

Key elements of your role as Receptionist

will include ensuring our guests receive a warm and professional welcome when they arrive, as well as a fond farewell when they leave. You will be able to offer information to our guests on the restaurant or any specials that may be on offer. You’ll relay any allergen concerns to the kitchen quickly and accurately.

You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
