THE PIG Hotel in Brockenhurst is seeking a receptionist to join the front of house team. You will greet guests, handle phone calls and emails, and liaise with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. Opera Fidelio knowledge is a plus, and staff perks include free B&B stays, dining discounts, meals on duty, and progression opportunities.
Location: The PIG Hotel, Brockenhurst, SO43 7QL
Salary: £12.71 per hour (OTE £14.16 per hour including tronc).
Hours: 35 hours per week, over 5 days.
We are currently looking for a customer focused Receptionist to join our front of house team.
The front desk at THE PIG is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible.
As Receptionist you will be a first point of contact for our hotel guests. We are looking for someone who loves to make guests smile every day and has high standards of service and great attention to detail.
Communication is key, as you will be required to answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and maintain constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel.
Experience within a similar role and knowledge of Opera Fidelio is beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
