Job summary

THE PIG Hotel in Brockenhurst is seeking a friendly Receptionist to join our front of house team. You will be the first and last face guests see, delivering warm, attentive service and handling calls and emails with care.

With 35 hours per week across five days, the role offers training, a supportive team, and a range of perks including free staff stays, dining discounts, meals on duty, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred but training is provided.
• Excellent customer service and communication are essential.
• Able to handle calls and emails and coordinate with other hotel departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk and manage check-in/check-out.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain high standards of service and contribute to a welcoming hotel environment.
