Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced Receptionist for a luxury Windermere property. You will be the welcoming first point of contact, ensuring a memorable guest experience and smooth arrivals and departures.

The role offers accommodation (£65 per week, car required), meals on duty, ongoing training and development, pension contributions and on-site parking. A 4-star luxury/boutique environment is ideal for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-star hotel reception experience in luxury or boutique environment.
• Organised and versatile receptionist who enjoys a hands-on team environment.

• Access to a car due to accommodation and hotel location.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests and be the first point of contact to create a memorable experience.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures with a professional approach.

• Maintain high standards while juggling multiple priorities.
• Work across early, middle and late rotas on a roster.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Receptionist, you'll be a warm and welcoming first point of contact, helping to create a memorable guest experience.


• Manage guest arrivals and departures with a warm, professional approach


• Handle a variety of reception and reservations tasks


• Deliver attentive and personalised guest service


• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail


• Work across early, middle and late shifts on a rota basis


• Work closely with the wider team to maintain high standards


• Use systems such as Rezlynx, Secure Trading and ResDiary
