A creative wellness studio is seeking a Receptionist in Birmingham. This role involves welcoming members and guests, managing bookings, and ensuring operations run smoothly. Candidates should have previous experience in customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and a passion for wellness. Hours are Monday to Thursday, 1:30 pm – 9:30 pm with potential for additional shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, or hospitality role.
• Confident communicator with a calm, friendly presence.
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask.
• Flexible and willing to support occasional weekend events.
• Passion for wellness, fitness, or creative industries is a bonus.
• Able to work afternoon to evening shifts (1:30 pm–9:30 pm).

Responsabilités

Overview

Receptionist for a Creative Wellness Studio — Location: Birmingham Studio (onsite). Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1.30pm – 9.30pm with flexibility to increase hours as and when.

You will be the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a warm, welcoming experience while keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a role for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service and enjoys variety in daily tasks within a community, wellbeing, or lifestyle space.
