Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Managing day to day presentation of reception and general meeting room areas.
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a courteous, professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing meeting rooms / desk bookings.
  • Arranging catering requirements for meetings / office events.
  • Provide a professional and personable service to all clients.
  • Reserving meeting rooms and requesting catering arrangements.
  • Maintaining client kitchen cleanliness and stock levels.
  • Operating the switchboard and directing calls in a positive and professional manner.
  • Managing and ordering stationery and other essential office stock.
  • On-site H&S responsibilities – cover for facilities.
  • Using various software systems to report any maintenance issues.
  • Ensuring site procedures are documented and kept up to date.
  • Working with head office to implement initiatives within office relating to group wide programs.
  • Ad hoc facilities and reception administrative tasks.
  • Any other reasonable request.
