Job summary

Welcome Break Ramada Cambridge is hiring a Hotel Receptionist to greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure every guest has what they need for a great stay.

Immediate start is available and hours are flexible on a part-time basis. You’ll be the friendly face guests see first and the helpful voice they speak to last, with training provided to help you master bookings, payments and guest requests.

Qualifications

• Deliver friendly, welcoming service and help guests feel at ease.
• Stay calm, organised and professional when busy.
• Take pride in getting bookings and payments right.

Responsibilities

As a Hotel Receptionist at our Welcome Break Ramada hotel, you’ll be the friendly face guests see first (and the helpful voice they speak to last!)
From smooth check‑ins and check‑outs to answering questions and keeping everything organised behind the desk, you’ll help create a great stay for every guest.
