Job summary

Welcome Break Ramada Oxford hotel seeks an organised Hotel Housekeeper. Immediate start available with flexible full‑time or part‑time hours. You will clean guest rooms, refresh bathrooms, and ensure readiness for the next guest, while supporting public areas and safety routines.

Earn up to £12.85 per hour, plus £1 meals on every shift, with opportunities for overtime and staff benefits. Join a team dedicated to high standards and guest comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel housekeeping or cleaning is preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift light items.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Make beds and change linen, dust, vacuum and wipe surfaces in guest rooms.
• Clean bathrooms, replace towels, and restock toiletries to prepare rooms for guests.
• Refresh public areas and report maintenance issues; follow health and safety routines.
• Support the team to maintain high standards across all areas.

As a Hotel Housekeeper at our Welcome Break Ramada Oxford hotel, you’ll help keep our hotel clean, fresh and guest‑ready every day.

From making beds and refreshing rooms to cleaning bathrooms, topping up supplies and keeping public areas looking their best, you’ll play a big part in creating a great stay for every guest.

This role could be a great fit if you:

• Take pride in keeping rooms, bathrooms and shared spaces clean, comfortable and welcoming
• Enjoy staying active and working through tasks efficiently during a busy shift
• Have a great eye for detail, from crisp bedding and clean surfaces to stocked towels and toiletries
• Like working as part of a supportive team and are happy to learn our housekeeping standards and routines

What you’ll do as a Hotel Housekeeper:

• Clean and refresh guest bedrooms, including making beds, changing linen, dusting, vacuuming and wiping surfaces
• Clean bathrooms, replace towels, top up toiletries and make sure each room is ready for the next guest
• Support with public area cleaning, report maintenance issues, follow health & safety routines and work with the team to keep standards high
