Job summary

Avon Local Medical Committee Ltd is seeking an experienced Reception Team Lead to supervise and support reception teams across Almondsbury and Pilning Surgeries. You will work with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth running of reception services and uphold high standards of patient care and customer service.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in a GP practice, ability to manage competing priorities, lead by example, develop staff, and drive continuous improvement of reception

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise reception teams across Almondsbury & Pilning surgeries.
• Produce and maintain staff rotas.
• Monitor sickness and absence and support recruitment and induction.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and support appraisals.
• Support service improvements and ensure continuity of care across sites.
• Resolve patient concerns and maintain high standards of service.
