Job summary

Kent Local Medical Committee is seeking an experienced, approachable and organised Reception Supervisor to join our busy Len Valley Practice team and take a key role in the day-to-day running of the reception service.

You will lead and support the reception team, coordinating daily workloads, rotas and cover; help staff development and training; and assist with complex patient queries, compliance, recalls, audits and information governance.

Responsibilities

• You will work closely with the management team to maintain high standards across reception, monitor processes, and identify opportunities to improve how we work.
• This role involves compliance, recalls, audits, care navigation and information governance, while ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
