Job summary

Moore Teachers is working with a friendly primary school in Cuffley to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant for a Reception class on a long-term basis.

The role involves one-to-one, small-group and whole-class support, including phonics, literacy and play-based learning. The ideal candidate has school/EYFS experience and a patient, enthusiastic approach with strong communication and teamwork.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about helping young children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning during the crucial early stages of their education.

The Role

The Ideal Candidate

• An understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) would be advantageous.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable. If you do not currently hold a DBS, one can be arranged subject to the necessary checks.
• Satisfactory references covering recent employment and education.
