Reception Teacher - January 2026 Start — South London — 180‑230 per day Full‑Time Long‑Term

We are seeking a dedicated and creative Reception Teacher to join a welcoming primary school from January 2026. You will take on full classroom teacher responsibilities, delivering high‑quality teaching and learning in line with EYFS expectations.

Role Responsibilities
  • Plan, deliver and assess inspiring lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment
  • Track pupil progress through observations, assessment and accurate record‑keeping
  • Build supportive relationships with pupils and parents to promote wellbeing and development
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Early Years team to ensure consistency
  • Take part in school duties, meetings and ongoing professional development
About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
  • Strong knowledge of EYFS pedagogy and child development
  • Confident delivering full teacher responsibilities including planning, marking and assessment
