Job summary

Staycity Group is seeking a Reception Supervisor to help shape the Staycity guest journey in our Edinburgh area properties. The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experiences, effective front-desk leadership, and ensuring smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and comfort with Opera; full training will be provided. We offer flexible patterns, bonus potential, and staff benefits to support work-life balance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
• Previous experience working in a similar property is helpful but not a must have; full training will be provided.
