Job summary

Staycity Group is hiring a Reception Team Member to welcome guests and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience. The role focuses on delivering friendly, professional service, handling inquiries, and maintaining a standout guest journey across Staycity properties.

Training will be provided, with emphasis on brand representation, accuracy in guest details, and a proactive attitude to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

We would love you to have:

• Previous experience working in a similar property is helpful but not a “must have” as full training will be provided
• Prior experience using Opera is helpful but not a “must have” as full training will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
