Job summary

Staycity Group in London is seeking a Reception Team Member to welcome guests and manage front-of-house essentials with warmth and efficiency.

You will be the face of Staycity, delivering outstanding service, assisting guests with check-in/out, handling requests, and working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Full training provided and opportunities to grow within the Staycity brand.

• Excellent communication skills and guest-facing experience preferred.

We would love you to have:

• Previous experience working in a similar property is helpful but not a “must have” as full training will be provided
• Prior experience using Opera is helpful but not a “must have” as full training will be provided
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for this role.
