Job summary

Staycity Group is hiring a Housekeeping Manager to shape the guest journey by upholding high hygiene and presentation standards across the property. You will oversee SOPs, guide the housekeeping team and ensure consistent service quality in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The role requires a strong track record in hotel housekeeping, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a team to meet Staycity’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of 5+ years in hotel or hospitality, with housekeeping experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to self-organize.
• Proven capability to lead and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and upholding SOPs for Housekeeping and ensure adherence.
• Maintain property's presentation and hygiene standards and inspect rooms as required.
• Lead, train and motivate a cohesive, high-performing team.

We would love you to have:

• Proven track record of 5+ years in the hotel or hospitality industry, with prior experience in housekeeping.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to self-organize.
• Proficiency in team management, guiding and inspiring your colleagues.

What you can do for us:

• Assist our Housekeeping team in implementing and upholding the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Housekeeping department, ensuring strict adherence
• Assist with maintaining the property's presentation and hygiene standards, consistently meeting the company's high-quality benchmarks, inspecting all rooms, and assisting with all general housekeeping duties as and when required
• Lead, Train, and Motivate: Build a cohesive, high-performing team.
