Job summary

Melia Hotels International in Newcastle is seeking a proactive Reception Manager to lead and supervise the daily shift at the hotel’s reception. You will support the Reception Management in implementing new procedures, coordinating training and development to maintain high standards of guest service.

Job Summary:

You will lead and supervise the daily shift on Reception, ensuring Receptionists carry out all duties to the required standard and that all guests are attended to with the utmost courtesy. You will be assisting the Reception Management in the implementation of new procedures, co-ordination of training and development.
