Job summary

Clermont Hotel Group seeks a Reception Manager for Thistle Express Luton, a centrally located 3* hotel. You will lead by example, ensuring seamless check-in/check-out, resolving guest queries and driving desk sales.

At the same time, you’ll recruit, train and coach the team to reach peak performance while maintaining the highest hospitality standards. You’ll foster a culture of exceptional guest service, develop the team, and implement sales initiatives to grow revenue.

Qualifications

• Leadership that motivates the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Attention to detail to uphold high standards at all times.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills with guests and team members.
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and sales strategy.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS is beneficial but not essential.
