Job summary

Clermont Hotel Group is hiring for Thistle Express Luton, seeking a front-of-house team member to welcome guests and deliver personalized service on the Reception desk. You’ll handle check-in/check-out and respond to guest queries with a proactive, friendly approach in a busy environment.

Working five days out of seven with a mix of early and late shifts, you’ll contribute to a warm, efficient guest experience and be part of a supportive hospitality team.
