As a host to our guests, you'll play a key role in ensuring they create memories to last a lifetime.

Key Points About the Role:

• You’ll manage a wonderful reception and nights team.
• Keeping track of stationery supplies is crucial, so you'll need to manage orders via Procure Wizard.
• Enjoy training new staff to be as excellent as our current team.
• All Heads of Department participate in the Duty Manager rota.
• When team members leave, you'll have the opportunity to recruit new talent.
• Host our guests from check-in to check-out, which may include booking tables, advising on local hotspots, or simply having a chat.
• We work as one team, so everyone is expected to help out across departments when needed.
• The salary for this role is £27,500 per annum on a 40-hour per week contract.
• A monthly Service Charge Share will be added to your pay, approximately £3,000+ per year.
