Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the reception and nights team.
• Ensuring sufficient stationary supplies by managing orders through Procure Wizard.
• Training new staff to uphold our high standards.
• Participating in the Duty Manager rota alongside Heads of Department.
• Recruiting new talent when team members leave.
• Hosting guests from check-in to check-out, including booking tables, advising on local hotspots, or engaging in friendly conversation.
• Collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations.
• The salary for this role is £27,500 per annum on a 40-hour week contract.
• A monthly Service Charge Share will be added to your pay, approximately £3,000+ per year.
