The Ivy Asia in London is seeking a passionate Reception Manager to lead the front-of-house experience, warmly greeting guests and efficiently managing bookings during peak service.

You will train and supervise the reception team, maintain up-to-date knowledge of menus and promotions, and ensure all payments are handled correctly and securely.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in this position
• Solution-driven individual able to work under the pressure of peak service
• You love to wow guests with exceptional service
• Excellent English language skills
• Friendly and professional with charisma and flair

Responsibilities

• Ensure all our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of the restaurant and be seated at their table
• Efficiently manage the bookings, to allocate tables equally over all sections of the restaurant
• To manage, train and lead the reception team
• Provide up to date and accurate information on the Restaurant with a good knowledge of all food and drink offered, as well as specials
• Ensure when necessary, all payment methods are dealt with in the correct manner
