Job summary

Arcade is seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead the Host team and manage day-to-day FOH operations. You will ensure a warm, organized arrival and departure experience while optimising bookings, guest communication, and front-of-house coordination with the wider management team.

You will coach and develop a reception/host team, coordinate with restaurant managers and floor teams during busy services, and uphold health and safety and service standards across the venue.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Reception Manager or in a similar host/guest services leadership role.
• Proven track record coaching and developing a reception/host team.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant booking systems and guest flow management.
• Comfort handling guest complaints with warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Host team and oversee day-to-day FOH operations.
• Optimise bookings system and guest communication processes.
• Coordinate with FOH and management teams for smooth service.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and records to enhance guest experience.
