Premier Inn is seeking a Duty Manager for London Gatwick Airport (North Terminal). You will lead a dedicated team to deliver a welcoming, safe and brilliant hotel experience, drawing on leadership experience from retail or similar environments.

The role offers immediate start, 40 hours per week, and a permanent contract. You’ll be responsible for guest satisfaction, staff development, and maintaining high standards across operations.

Duty Manager - Premier Inn

PAY RATE: Up to £13.56 per hour (day shift)

CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent – we don’t do zero hours contracts!

HOURS: 40 hours a week
