Job summary

Sheffield Futures is seeking an Apprentice to provide high quality reception and customer service at Star House. You will enroll on the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship and receive training during working hours.

The role focuses on welcoming clients, staff and tenants, handling inquiries by phone and email, data entry, and assisting with meeting rooms and refreshments. This fixed-term 18-month contract is paid at National Minimum Wage for Apprentices.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline customer service environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage data entry accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and those accessing services, for both Sheffield Futures and tenants, as part of a professional Reception Service at Star House.
• Communicating and liaising with members of the public and representatives from different agencies and organisations.
• Responding and redirecting contact via telephone and email
• Accurate data inputting and recording activity.
• Supporting the preparation of meeting rooms and refreshments.
• Other general reception and housekeeping duties.
