Job summary

Sheffield Futures is recruiting an apprentice to deliver high quality reception and customer service to clients, visitors and tenants. You’ll be enrolled on the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship, combining on‑the‑job work with training.

Based in Sheffield city centre, the role covers front-of-house duties, handling face-to-face, telephone and email enquiries, room bookings and basic admin, while upholding GDPR and security standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to provide excellent customer service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Professional reception service for Sheffield Futures and tenants
• First point of contact for face to face, telephone and email enquiries
• Ensure GDPR and security practices are followed
• Maintain an orderly, safe and welcoming front of house
• Prepare meeting rooms and refreshments
• Perform routine admin tasks (emails, bookings, data entry, appointments)
