Office Angels is recruiting a Reception Administrator in Worthing on a short-term temporary basis. You will manage a busy reception, greet visitors, handle calls and emails, and support the admin team from day one.

DBS required (last 12 months) or Update Service registration. Immediate start and the opportunity for longer-term roles with DBS checked candidates.

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Reception Administrator to join a busy and professional organisation in Worthing on a short-term temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong front‑of‑house skills who can provide support from day one.

A valid Enhanced DBS certificate issued in last 12 months, or registration on the DBS Update Service, is essential for this role. We often have multiple assignments long term and short term for DBS checked candidates!

The Role

• Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers
