Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Manchester offers a Commercial Surveying Apprentice role as a 5-year trainee programme. You will work toward a fully funded online BSc Real Estate Management and Chartered Surveyor status with RICS, while rotating across Valuation, Agency, Capital Markets, and more.

The scheme accepts non-degree entrants and provides Early Careers support, training, and mentorship from JLL and a university partner throughout your studies.

Qualifications

• GCSEs – C/4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• A-Levels – 72 UCAS points, equivalent of 3 x D grades.
• You’ll have a curious mindset so you can learn and grow with us.
• You’ll be passionate and eager to contribute your thoughts, create fresh ideas, and challenge yourself to do more than you think you could.
• You’ll have an interest in the property industry and how we can shape its future.

Responsibilities

• Research and keep up to date with market insight and property legislation.
• Learn how to use various property systems/databases for client solutions.
• Build relationships across the business and with clients.
• Draft and deliver work including service charge budgets, client presentations, valuation reports.
• Visit properties to carry out inspections or client viewings.
• Participate in regular training for business skills, technical knowledge and professional development.
