Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) in London is launching a school leaver programme for a Quantity Surveying Apprentice. You will join a 5-year trainee programme, working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management and Quantity Surveying with RICS registration.

The apprenticeship accepts applicants without a degree and provides a fully funded online BSc Real Estate Management and Quantity Surveying degree, with full support from JLL and the university throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• GCSEs – C/4 grade or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).
• A-Levels – 72 UCAS points, equivalent of 3 x D grades.
• You’ll have a curious mindset so you can learn and grow with us.

• You’ll have an interest in the property industry and how we can shape its future.

Responsibilities

• You’ll get involved in real work from day one that will help clients achieve their ambitions.
• The work will vary depending on the team you are in but below are some of what you’ll experience
• You’ll research and keep up to date with relevant market insight and property legislation that may impact our work
• You’ll learn how to use various property systems/databases so we can collect information that will help us determining the best solution for clients
• You’ll build relationships across our business and clients to ensure we deliver a great service
• You’ll work with your team to draft and deliver work that may involve a variety of work, such as service charge budgets, presentations to clients, and valuation reports.
• You’ll visit properties to carry out inspections or conduct client viewings.
• You’ll take part in regular training in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development to support your growth
