Job summary

JLL in London invites applications for a 5-year Commercial Surveying Apprentice. You will rotate across core property disciplines while working towards a fully funded online BSc in Real Estate Management and Chartered Surveyor status with RICS.

Open to those without a degree, the programme offers full training, mentoring, and a permanent role with a salary of £27,000. Start date: 6 September 2027, located on-site in London.

Qualifications

• GCSEs – English and Maths at grade C/4 or higher.
• A‑Levels with 72 UCAS points or equivalent.
• Curious mindset and eagerness to learn and contribute to a team.
• Interest in property and real estate industry.

Responsibilities

• Research market insights and property legislation affecting work.
• Learn and use property systems/databases for client solutions.
• Build relationships with colleagues and clients to deliver great service.
• Draft and deliver a range of outputs including service charge budgets and valuation reports.
• Visit properties for inspections or client viewings and contribute to development.
