Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) in London runs a five-year Quantity Surveying Apprentice programme with a fully funded online BSc in Real Estate Management and Quantity Surveying. Starting 6 September 2027, you’ll work on real projects from day one, earning £27,000 while studying toward RICS chartership.

This permanent, school-leaver programme trains you to become a Chartered Surveyor through university support.

Qualifications

• GCSEs – C/4 in English and Maths (or equivalent)
• A-Levels – 72 UCAS points, equivalent of 3x D grades
• Curious mindset to learn and grow
• Interest in the property industry and its future
• Ability to connect with others and build relationships

Responsibilities

• Research and stay up to date with market insights and property legislation affecting our work
• Learn to use property systems/databases to collect information for clients
• Build relationships across the business and with clients to deliver great service
• Draft and deliver work such as service charge budgets, client presentations, and valuation reports
• Visit properties for inspections or client viewings
• Participate in regular training to support growth and development
