Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in London is offering a Commercial Surveying Apprentice role on a five-year trainee programme. You will study for a fully funded online BSc Real Estate Management while gaining hands-on experience across commercial and corporate properties, with rotations through Valuation, Agency, Capital Markets, and more.

You will start on 6 September 2027, on a permanent contract with a £27,000 salary and a strong focus on your professional qualification with RICS, mentorship,

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths with at least a C/4 or equivalent.
• A-Levels totaling 72 UCAS points (equivalent of 3 D grades).
• Curious mindset to learn and grow with us.

• Ability to connect with others and build strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Research market insights and property legislation affecting our work.
• Learn to use property systems/databases to collect information for clients.
• Build relationships across the business and with clients to deliver great service.
• Draft and deliver work such as service charge budgets, client presentations, and valuation reports.
• Visit properties to carry out inspections or client viewings.
• Participate in regular training for business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development.
