Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle in Manchester is offering a school leaver programme as a five‑year Quantity Surveying apprenticeship. You will work toward a BSc Real Estate Management and Quantity Surveying with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) while earning a salary.

The programme starts on 6 September 2027, is permanently based in Manchester, and students receive full support from JLL and the university, including online study and on‑the‑job training toward chartered status.

Qualifications

• GCSEs – English and Maths at C/4 or higher.
• A-Levels – 72 UCAS points (3 x D grades).
• Curious mindset with willingness to learn and grow.
• Interest in the property industry and building relationships.

Responsibilities

• Research market insight and property legislation affecting our work.
• Learn to use property systems/databases for client solutions.
• Build relationships across the business and with clients.
• Draft and deliver work such as service charge budgets and reports.
• Visit properties for inspections or client viewings.
• Participate in regular training for business skills and professional development.
