Role Description:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-value real estate projects, including a 30,000 sq ft finance scheme, with full autonomy and ownership.
- Serve as Contract Administrator on a large legal sector project (~300,000 sq ft) during its final 4–6 months, ensuring smooth and timely closeout.
- Oversee a third high-profile project, applying proactive risk management, cost control, and stakeholder communication.
- Operate independently while coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Apply deep knowledge of project delivery to ensure construction excellence and commercial success.
- Demonstrate strong Contract Administration capabilities and leadership, acting as the central figure for project governance.
- Support junior team members and potentially take on line management responsibilities to foster talent development.
- Promote the company's values of ethics, continuous learning, and social impact in all aspects of your role.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering complex real estate projects independently, ideally in commercial, legal, or financial sectors.
- Strong background in Contract Administration, with effective management from start to closeout.
- Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects, including large-scale schemes (>300,000 sq ft).
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach.
- Experience or ambition to support line management and junior development.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles, risk mitigation, and cost control.
- Relevant degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, or related fields; professional certifications (e.g., MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) are highly desirable.
