Job summary

JLL is seeking a Client Services Team Leader based on-site in London. You will drive residential sales activity, building and maintaining relationships with investors, developers and buyers, while managing pipelines and pricing strategies.

You will generate opportunities from valuations, negotiate offers and progress sales to completion, leveraging local market knowledge and a track record of meeting targets.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years' experience in residential sales within London.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
• Strong client relationship management and market awareness.

Responsibilities

• Generating and converting valuations into new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with investors, developers, vendors and buyers.
• Managing property pipelines with vendor updates and pricing advice.
• Booking and conducting viewings, negotiating offers and progressing sales to completion.
