Job summary

JLL is seeking a Client Services Team Leader based on-site in London. You will drive residential sales activity, building and maintaining relationships with investors, developers and buyers, while managing pipelines and pricing strategies.

You will generate opportunities from valuations, negotiate offers and progress sales to completion, leveraging local market knowledge and a track record of meeting targets.

• 2-3 years' experience in residential sales within London.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.

• High degree of integrity and professionalism
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in residential sales within the London market
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and progress sales through to completion
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
• Local knowledge of Prime Central London and surrounding areas (advantageous)
• Experience conducting market appraisals or keen interest in learning property valuation
• Commercial awareness, understanding of local market dynamics and solutions-focused mindset
