Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious, commercially astute, and results-driven RTW Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales professional who is motivated to deliver on and above sales targets, thrives on setting clear goals, and is energised by driving growth through fresh ideas, strategic foresight, and flawless execution.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead from the front: Define and implement a global sales strategy that delivers growth across our wholesale and retail business.
  • Global Expansion: Identify and secure new market opportunities to expand our global footprint while ensuring brand integrity.
  • Target-Driven Ownership: Set and surpass ambitious sales targets, managing and reporting on performance
  • Digital Leadership: Partner with the Brand team to craft and sharpen our online sales proposition—seizing every opportunity to elevate visibility, drive sales, and optimise inventory.
  • Key Account Ownership: Lead the development and execution of strategic account plans. Propose initiatives, promotions, and incentives that ignite performance and create long-term value.
  • Data-Led Excellence: Produce detailed analysis and reporting to refine forecasting, improve planning, and unlock opportunities.
  • Product & Market Intelligence: Be the voice of the market. Provide insightful, real-time feedback to our design teams to inform future collections and ensure commercial success.
  • Brand Experience: Ensure our retail store environment reflects the essence of our brand. Develop incentive programs and training initiatives that fuel energy, sharpen product knowledge, and unleash peak performance across both retail and wholesale teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work seamlessly with Marketing, PR, Finance, and Production to ensure every campaign, collection, and customer promise is delivered with precision and impact.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Possess a strong knowledge and experience in international sales & distribution with an understanding of both wholesale and retail markets/operations – experience in a luxury RTW brand is a must
  • Be able to demonstrate a track record of building successful productive relationships with major international retailers and key accounts – experience across Europe and the Middle East in particular
  • Be a strategic thinker with a strong operational understanding with the ability to turn vision and ideas into workable action plans
  • Be self motivated and confident, thrive on accountability and someone who doesn’t wait for opportunities—they create them
  • Passionate about luxury fashion, with a deep understanding of the industry and markets coupled with a sharp commercial mindset
  • Have strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan effectively and set out clear structure
  • Be a skilled communicator who builds trust and works with teams to drive results
  • Have flexibility to travel as required for the role, including European, Middle East and US
