Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for the White Lion in Yateley to support the General Manager and lead the team in delivering excellent guest experiences. The role offers live-in accommodation and a clear path to progression within Vintage Inns, part of the Mitchells & Butler family.

You will drive guest satisfaction, mentor staff, and act as Duty Manager in the GM's absence, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming, high-standard service environment.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.

Salary: Up to £39000.00 per annum plus bonus, plus live in accommodation
