Mitchells & Butler s PLC in the UK is seeking an Assistant Manager for live-in duties at the Arkle Manor, near Betchworth. You will support the General Manager, lead your team to deliver outstanding guest experience, and mentor individuals to reach their best.
This role includes onsite accommodation and a clear path for progression across Premium Country Pubs. We offer a generous benefits package and the chance to be part of a team that creates premium food and drink experiences.

- Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
- Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
- Be the role model and guide development within your team.
- Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW our guest, keeping them coming back.
