Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Little Burstead is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations and lead a dedicated team to deliver an excellent guest experience.

You'll mentor staff, drive service and standards, and role-model development while delivering memorable moments that keep guests returning. This full-time role includes pension, holiday, staff discounts, and other benefits.
