Mitchells & Butler s PLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Solihull to support the General Manager with daily operations and team leadership. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and ensure service excellence across food and beverage.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a hospitality or pub environment.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and inspire the team to deliver food and drink to high standards.
• Act as Duty Manager when GM is unavailable.
• Deliver moments that wow guests and drive repeat visits.
