Job summary

Springcare Ltd in the UK is seeking a strong and experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding person-centred care. This is a 40-hour-per-week role in our family-run group. We offer a supportive induction, ongoing CPD, and a competitive salary with benefits.

You will work with the Deputy Manager to recruit and develop staff, maintain occupancy, liaise with families and care professionals, and ensure compliance with CQC and care standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Registered Nurse qualification and proven leadership in a care home.
• Experience delivering person-centred care and maintaining high occupancy.
• Proven ability to recruit, retain and manage care staff.
• Committed to CQC standards and regulatory compliance.

A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong and experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to become part of our team at 40 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Working closely with your Deputy Manager and well-established team of staff, you will create and lead a vision for the home.
• You will demonstrate natural leadership skills, whilst keeping the residents at the heart in all that you do.
• Your main responsibilities are to ensure person-centred care of our residents, maintaining occupancy levels, recruiting, retaining and managing your team, liaising with residents’ families and other care professionals and keeping up to date and complying with CQC and care standards.
• You will demonstrate our core values in all that you do, and will be a role model for your team, inspiring them with your passion and striving for excellence throughout the home.
