Job summary

SPRINGCARE LTD is seeking a Registered Nursing Home Manager in Manchester. This full-time role involves leading a well-established team, ensuring person-centred care, maintaining occupancy, and liaising with residents’ families and other care professionals to uphold CQC standards.

You will work closely with the Deputy Manager, support staff development, and be a role model for delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a supportive, growing organisation.

Job description

A fantastic and exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong and experienced Registered Nursing Home Manager to become part of our team at 40 hours per week., Working closely with your Deputy Manager and well-established team of staff, you will create and lead a vision for the home.

You will demonstrate natural leadership skills, whilst keeping the residents at the heart in all that you do.

Your main responsibilities are to ensure person-centred care of our residents, maintaining occupancy levels, recruiting, retaining and managing your team, liaising with residents' families and other care professionals and keeping up to date and complying with CQC and care standards.

You will demonstrate our core values in all that you do, and will be a role model for your team, inspiring them with your passion and striving for excellence throughout the home.
