Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a dependable general labourer for a long-term contract on a major residential new build development in Winchburgh.

You will assist sub-contractors and site trades with moving and distributing materials, sweep clear plots, manage deliveries, and maintain a clean, safe site following health and safety procedures. Based in or commutable to Winchburgh (West Lothian / Edinburgh / Falkirk area).

Qualifications

• Experience as a labourer on a construction site.
• Full PPE including hard hat, high-vis jacket, and steel-toe boots.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a proactive attitude.
• Based in or commutable to Winchburgh (West Lothian / Edinburgh / Falkirk area).
• Eligible to live and work in the UK.

We are currently recruiting a dependable general labourer for a long-term contract role on a major residential new build development in Winchburgh.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting sub-contractors and site trades with moving and distributing building materials across live plots.

Sweeping out plots, clearing construction waste, and loading skips.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised site environment in line with health and safety procedures.

Assisting site management with unloading and managing incoming deliveries.

Carrying out general physical labour and manual handling duties as directed by the Site Manager.

What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience working as a labourer on a construction site (New build housing experience preferred).

Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis jacket/vest, steel toe cap boots).

Strong work ethic, excellent punctuality, and a proactive attitude.

Solid awareness of site health and safety procedures around live plots and site plant.

Based in or easily commutable to Winchburgh (West Lothian / Edinburgh / Falkirk area).
