Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a dependable general labourer for a long-term contract on a major residential new build development in Winchburgh.

You will assist sub-contractors with moving materials, keep plots clean, and help with deliveries on live plots, following health and safety rules. Valid CSCS card is essential; full PPE is required. Applicants should be based in or commutable to Winchburgh (West Lothian / Edinburgh / Falkirk area) and eligible to live and work in the UK.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is essential
• Experience as a labourer on a construction site; new build housing experience preferred
• Full PPE (hard hat, high-vis jacket/vest, steel toe cap boots) required
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and proactive attitude
• Based in or commutable to Winchburgh (West Lothian / Edinburgh / Falkirk area)

Responsibilities

• Assist sub-contractors and site trades with moving and distributing building materials on live plots
• Sweep plots, clear construction waste, and load skips
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised site in line with health and safety procedures
• Assist site management with unloading and managing incoming deliveries
• Carry out general physical labour and manual handling duties as directed by the Site Manager
