Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a reliable Skilled Labourer in Whitley Bay for a 3–4 week contract to carry out general building and exterior fitting works.

Responsibilities include installing rainwater goods, fitting canopy elements, cable management, and assisting with day-to-day site tasks. The role requires working at height and may involve outdoor conditions; CSCS card and a clean shave are required.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is required.
• Must be clean shaven.
• Experience on building sites or similar environments.
• Comfortable working at height and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Install rainwater goods (gutters, downpipes, hopper heads).
• Fit flue baskets and GRP door/window canopies.
• Clip cables and fix neat containment.
• Assist with general builder tasks and site maintenance.

• Must be prepared to complete or have : Asbestos awareness, manual handling, working at heights
