Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a reliable Skilled Labourer for a short-term contract in Whitley Bay, North Tyneside. The role involves general building and exterior fitting works over 3-4 weeks, starting ASAP. Pay is competitive, with CIS (£19 p/h) or PAYE rolled up (£15.50 p/h), and requires own tools and a CSCS card.

You will install rainwater goods, fit canopy fixings, clip cables, and assist with site maintenance. Must be able to work at height, be punctual, and eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in skilled site labor or general building work.
• Able to work comfortably at height for canopy and rainwater installations.
• Own hand tools and cordless power tools strongly preferred.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Must be clean shaven.
• Must be prepared to complete or have asbestos awareness, manual handling, working at heights.

Responsibilities
